After studying in languages and foreign affairs in China, Xinxuan received a scholarship of excellence from the French Embassy to continue her education in France. She then graduated from the Grande École program at Audencia Nantes, and from a master’s degree in Marketing Design & Creation, a joint program of Audencia Nantes, the École Centrale de Nantes and the École de design Nantes Atlantique.
Since 2015, Xinxuan has been working on bicultural projects between Europe and China and has developed a great mastery of intercultural communication through her experiences. Since 2018, Xinxuan has specialised in design and lifestyle, notably by co-founding the Maison&Objet Design Award China, co-created with MAISON&OBJET, and whose aim is to help exceptional Chinese designers and brands gain international recognition and make connection with professionals from all over the world in this industry.
Xinxuan is a member of the Architecture and Culture Society of China and has an in-depth knowledge of the various design actors in the different regions of China. Xinxuan is committed to ensuring good communication, cultural understanding, and excellent relationship management between Chinese and European partners.
毕业于本国的语言和对外贸易高等院校，欣绚随后得到法国驻华大使馆颁予的全额优秀奖学金到法国继续深造。最终她获得了南特高等商学院的GE大学校学位，以及南特高等商学院、南特中央理工大学和南特大西洋设计学院的三校联合培养的（市场营销、设计与创造）专业硕士学位。
从2015年开始，欣绚一直从事欧洲和中国之间的跨文化项目，积累了跨文化交流的丰富经验和专业技能。2018年至今，欣绚开始专注于设计和生活方式领域，并与MAISON&OBJET共同创立了Maison&Objet中国设计奖，其目的是帮助优秀的中国设计师和品牌走向国际舞台，并搭建起国际行业专业人士间的交流平台。
