Campus MaNa is registered under the declaration number 27 89 01732 89 with the Regional Directorate of the Economy, Employment, Labor, and Solidarity (DREETS).

Campus MaNa attaches great importance to the protection and security of your personal data, in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.

The term "personal data" encompasses all data directly or indirectly identifying you, including information you have provided or declared (e.g., your contact details), as well as information resulting from the contractual relationships you have with Campus MaNa (e.g., your registration). When do we collect your personal data?

As part of providing our services, Campus MaNa may collect and process personal data concerning you.

Your personal data may be collected:

  • When a learner registers for a training course provided by Campus MaNa;
  • When you request contact, particularly to receive information about the courses, through the various forms on the Campus MaNa websites;
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter;
  • When you communicate information by phone, mail, or through one of our paper forms;
  • During forums, master classes, and exhibitions, through computerized or paper forms filled out by a prospect or a learner of Campus MaNa.

The following categories of personal data concerning you may be collected:

  • Identity data: name, first name, nationality, phone number, email address, postal address, date of birth, country of residence, passport photo, potential visa application;
  • Professional data: level of education and field of initial training, obtained degrees, work experience, addresses of different employers where you gained work experience, data related to your skills and interests;
  • Financial data, including banking details, related to the payment of registrations and scholarship requests or financing agreements for continuing education;
  • Data related to comments/questions collected during the pre-contractual or contractual relationship with Campus MaNa;
  • Connection data: IP address, technical information and location information generated during the use of our websites and applications;
  • Data related to your image: portrait photograph, video portrait;

These data are collected based on the services you use and the relationship you have with us.

When we need to collect personal data concerning you (as required by law or a contract we have with you, or that we intend to conclude with you) and you do not provide this personal data when requested, we may not be able to provide you with the services you request. In the various forms on the Campus MaNa website, the mandatory nature of the personal data to be provided is indicated by asterisks during the collection process.

When you provide personal data about yourself, you commit to providing accurate information that does not harm the interests or rights of third parties.

What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

The purpose of processing corresponds to the objective pursued through the use of your data.

Campus MaNa ensures that it only collects the personal data concerning you that are strictly necessary for the purposes pursued.

In the event that we wish to use your data for purposes other than those for which your data was initially collected, we undertake to inform you in advance and, if necessary, to obtain your consent for any new purpose. MANA collects your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Management of the commercial relationship with the learner and, if necessary, their legal representative and/or financial guarantor (including the monitoring of the learner's application, whether admitted or not, registration and monitoring of the learner's training in administrative, academic, and financial aspects).
  • Management and recovery of tuition fees.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Organization of statistical surveys, including for the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, organizations publishing rankings for which Campus MaNa must provide statistics or respond to surveys in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Video surveillance to ensure the security of learners, staff, speakers, and Campus MaNa facilities.
  • Improvement of navigation on the Campus MaNa website.
  • Learner's participation in the alumni networks of Campus MaNa.
  • Promotion and presentation of Campus MaNa and Campus MaNa's training programs.
  • Use of your data for commercial prospecting purposes

Campus MaNa will process your personal data in order to offer you its products and various services related to the training programs provided by Campus MaNa.

Campus MaNa may also use your data to send you commercial communications about products and services similar to those you have subscribed to with us. Our communications may be sent by mail, telephone, SMS, in person, and/or email, during the entire duration of your training and for a period not exceeding 3 years from the end of our commercial relationship.

Beyond this period, we undertake to seek your consent to continue sending you our commercial communications about products and services similar to those you have subscribed to with us.

How long will your data be retained?

Campus MaNa will keep the personal data for the duration necessary to achieve the processing purposes, and/or to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and/or to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

During this period, Campus MaNa takes all necessary precautions, considering the nature of the data and the risks posed by the processing, to maintain their confidentiality and security, including preventing data from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties (physical protection of premises, authentication processes for individuals accessing data with personal and secure identifiers and passwords, secure HTTPS protocol, logging and traceability of connections, encryption of certain data, etc.).

Once the services have been provided, Campus MaNa will delete the user's personal data, except for personal data that must be kept to enable Campus MaNa to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, and/or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights, in accordance with the rules of civil and commercial statutes of limitations.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance and maintenance of our commercial relationship with you, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, legitimate interest, explicit consent, if given by you, for processing, including the sending of our own commercial communications and/or communications from third-party companies, the creation of commercial profiles, the use of your photo and/or video portrait, for the purposes specified in the previous paragraph "What is the purpose of processing your personal data?"

Organizations related to student life such as CNOUS, CROUS, student health insurance providers, and the Regional authorities.

Official bodies (including the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, Education, Labor, among others, the skills operators - OPCO and/or France compétences, and the Regional Education Authority).

Funding organizations in the field of professional training (such as OPCOs, Pôle Emploi).

The organization responsible for the national directory of professional certifications (France Compétences).

Companies where the learner may undertake an internship or any other form of work-study program.

Higher education institutions located in France or abroad within the framework of partnerships or student mobility programs.

IT service providers and other third-party providers supplying services to MANA.

Organizations responsible for ranking Campus MaNa, whether or not it is a legal obligation for MANA.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) of January 6, 1978, as amended, and Articles 15 and following of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the following rights regarding your data: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (right to be forgotten), the right to object to the processing of your data, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to data portability.

What security measures do we implement to protect your data?
